TRIOCBI-55

TRIOCBI-55 is a liquid form product containing alkali compounds, scuff and corrosion inhibitors and volatile amine groups used to protect the water space and condensate return lines of the boiler in water or flame tube boilers operating up to 30 bar pressure. It prevents the formation of winter by converting hardness-forming calcium and magnesium salts into soft and non-sticky precipitate. It eliminates dissolved oxygen in feed water and provides corrosion protection in boiler pipes and condensate lines. It creates p-alkalinity in the boiler water and removes the boiler water from the acidic area. It prevents punctures in the return lines by increasing the low pH values (acidic environment) created by carbon dioxide in the condensate return lines. TRIOCBI-55 must be continuously dosed into the feed water suction line in the system with the help of a dosing pump as long as the boiler is running.
