TRIO-CAT.SULPHITE; It is a catalyzed liquid product used to remove dissolved oxygen that has a corrosive effect in steam and boiling water boilers. Dissolved oxygen in the feed water causes corrosion (pitting) in the metal part of the boiler, causing punctures. TRIO-CAT.SULPHITE reacts rapidly with dissolved oxygen, even at low temperatures.
